Host terms of use

WITHINO host terms of participation

(For Retreat Providers / Hosts)

These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) govern the relationship between WITHINO (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) and any retreat provider or host (“you”, “Host”) applying to feature a retreat on the WITHINO platform.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Curation & moderation requirement

WITHINO is a curated platform.
Your retreat can only be featured after a full qualitative review conducted personally by the founder of WITHINO.

This includes:

  • A preliminary review of your application.
  • A required on-site visit where the founder participates in one or more days of your retreat.
  • An evaluation of the experience, environment, and alignment with WITHINO’s values.

WITHINO reserves the right to decline onboarding at its sole discretion.

2. Travel expenses (retreats within Europe)

If your retreat is located within Europe:

  • WITHINO will cover 100% of the founder’s transportation costs.
  • You (the Host) will provide food and accommodation at no cost.

3. Travel expenses (retreats outside Europe)

If your retreat is located outside Europe:

  • Transportation costs will be shared 50/50 between WITHINO and you (the Host).
  • You will provide food and accommodation at no cost.

4. Onboarding decision after evaluation

You understand and agree that:

  • WITHINO will make a final decision only after personally experiencing your retreat.
  • Acceptance is not guaranteed, even after the on-site review.
  • Criteria include authenticity, human quality, experience quality, professionalism, and alignment with the WITHINO philosophy.

5. No reimbursement in case of non-acceptance

If WITHINO decides not to onboard your retreat after evaluation:

  • You may not claim reimbursement for:
    • Food
    • Accommodation
    • Transportation (for retreats outside Europe, including your 50% share)
    • Any other costs associated with hosting the founder during the evaluation
  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-acceptance.

6. Authenticity & conduct

As a potential Host, you commit to:

  • Presenting an honest, accurate, and authentic retreat experience.
  • Providing a safe, respectful, professional environment for guests and WITHINO staff.
  • Upholding all local regulations and legal requirements for hosting guests.

7. Limited host selection

WITHINO intentionally selects only a small number of hosts.
You acknowledge that:

  • The platform prioritizes quality over quantity.
  • WITHINO may reject applications even if the retreat is structurally sound, for reasons related to brand alignment or strategic fit.

8. Onboarding & promotion (if accepted)

If your retreat is approved:

  • WITHINO will personally onboard you.
  • We will build your host profile, retreat page, and narrative.
  • We will promote your retreat through our channels (blog, Instagram, newsletters, YouTube, etc.).
  • Additional commercial terms will be defined separately.

Acceptance

By applying to become a WITHINO Host, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
